The Danvers High School Hockey Team is a force to be reckoned with. The team has consistently been one of the top teams in Massachusetts, and has even won a state championship The team is made up of skilled players who work well together.
The team’s impressive record
The Danvers high school hockey team is a force to be reckoned with. With an impressive record of 17 wins and 2 losses, the team is looking strong heading into the playoffs. The team’s success is due in large part to the stellar play of their star player Timmy O’Brien. Timmy is a junior who has been playing varsity hockey for Danvers since he was a freshman. He is currently the leading scorer on the team, and is considered one of the best players in the league. The team’s other Top Players include senior captain Mike Sullivan, junior forward Jake DeBrusk, and sophomore goalie Matt Murray. With a deep and talented roster, the Danvers High Hockey team is poised for a long playoff run.
The team’s strong defense
The team’s defensive core is led by junior captain Matt O’Brien. O’Brien has been a starter for the team since his freshman year and has been a key player on the team’s blue line
O’Brien is joined by fellow junior defensemen Tyler Anderson and Nick Carducci. Both Anderson and Carducci are in their second year with the team and have played key roles on the defensive end.
In addition to their strong defensive play, the Danvers high school hockey team has also been getting production from their forwards. Senior captain Mike McLaughlin leads the way for the offense. McLaughlin is the team’s leading scorer and has been one of the most dangerous players in the state this season.
Junior forward Joey Dintent 420 assists ia also having a strong season for the team. Dintent is second on the squad in scoring and has been a big part of Danvers’ offensive attack.
The Danvers high school Hockey Team has been one of the best teams in Massachusetts this season. The team’s strong play on both ends of the ice has led them to a record of 18-2-1, good for first place in their conference. The team is looking to continue their success in the postseason and make a run at a state championship

Sophomores Mattias Samuelsson and Michael Walker have been leading the way offensively, with junior Jake McDonough providing solid support. On defense, senior captain Ryan Dmowski has been a stalwart, with junior goalie Dylan Moulton anchoring a strong defensive unit.

The team’s goaltenders have been outstanding all season. They have consistently made big save after big save, keeping the team in games and giving them a chance to win.
The team’s defense has also been very strong, allowing few goals against and clearing the puck out of the defensive zone effectively.

“They come to practice every day and they work hard,” Amonte said. “And they come to the games and they compete. I think that’s what it takes to be successful.”
Amonte, who has been coaching the team for three years, said he is proud of the team’s accomplishments so far this season. The Falcons are currently in first place in their division with a record of 12-3-1.
“It’s been a great season,” Amonte said. “The guys re Playing really well and we’re just hoping to keep it going.”
The team’s next game is against Beverly High School on Tuesday, February 5th at 7:00 PM at Hawthorne Arena.
