In-Ring Promo:  Vince and Stephanie McMahon

Vince is in the ring, while the entire Raw locker room is on the stage.  He introduces us to his daughter, Stephanie McMahon and HHH.

Steph says it’s a rare thing to create history, to create moments that we will remember for the rest of our lives.  HHH acknowledges the WWE Superstars.  Every single superstar that has ever stepped foot into the ring to entertain the world.  Nights like this to entertain the fans.  The blood, sweat, and tears you give the fans.  But you don’t do it alone, you have that bond that when you work with someone else to make this possible.  That bond is stronger than it ever has.  With that said, HHH asks for the women to step foot in the front of the stage.  The men standing behind you truly support the women.  The WWE Universe, you know how much they support you, just by the reaction they give you every night, and they have supported you from day one.  From the first Hell in a Cell, from the first Ironman Match, from the main events you have created.  Some of us, with a tear in our eye, you have stolen the show night after night.  HHH wants them to know, they are so proud of you.

These moments don’t happen because of support, or because you deem it important, it happens, because people deem it important.  Fans started a trend of hashtag Give Divas A Chance, that lasted 3 full days.  Because of us, 3 minute Diva matches turned into main events.  Because of us, Divas became superstars.  Because of our support, women can be anything they want to be, and because of us, we can watch them achieve their dream.  And on October 28th, 50 women superstars, then, now, and forever will compete in an all-Woman PPV called Evolution.

The Raw Women’s Championship, the Smackdown Women’s Championship, NXT Women’s Championship, and the finals of the Mae Young Classic will all compete.

Cincinnati, we are here.

Backstage Segment:  The B-Team

This has been the biggest roll of their careers, and Bo says if he ever lets him down, he is sorry.  Curtis tells him they were awful, but there is nothing more than doing this with Bo.  The B-Team stands for brothers.  They need the Tag Team Titles though.

In-Ring Concert:  Elias

Hello, I am Elias….but we begin our match, instead.

Match Number 1:  The B-Team (Raw Tag Champs) Vs The Deleter of Worlds for the Raw Tag Team Championship

Matt Hardy nails a Twist of Fate on Axel.  Bray was fighting Bo, he went for a splash, Bo missed, and this caused Bray to tumble and fall on Matt, Axel pins Hardy for the win.  After the match, Matt and Bray claps for The B-Team, but then lays them both out.

Winners, and STILL Raw Tag Team Champs:  The B-Team, by pinfall

Tonight:  Balor Vs McIntyre

Tonight:  Lashley Vs Reigns

Backstage Segment:  Finn Balor and Chad Gable

Some stooge hands moved Balor’s stuff out of the men’s locker room, into a doll house.  Finn smiles, because he always wanted his own Finn’s Funhouse.  Corbin tells him to enjoy his match tonight against Drew McIntyre.

Last Monday:  Sasha and Bayley

Backstage Interview:  Bayley and Sasha Banks

Charly asks it’s been a tough few months for them.  Can they move forward with their team?  After hearing Stephanie McMahon’s big announcement about Evolution, it means more to them.  Bayley said it felt good to hear Sasha tell her she loves her, and Sasha knows Bayley feels the same way.

Next:  Sasha and Bayley in action

Match Number 2:  Sasha Banks and Bayley Vs Samantha Simon and Karen Blundey

This was an exhibition.  Banks and Bayley were victorious with a double-team kick, and a Banks Statement for the submission victory.

Winners:  Sasha Banks and Bayley, by submission

Video:  Braun Strowman Vs Kevin Owens

Next:  Mr. Monster in the Bank

In-Ring Concert:  Elias

His debut album is available right now, and Braun interrupts him.

In-Ring Promo:  Braun Strowman

Braun says there are 2 things that people are talking about tonight.  The first, concerning Stephanie McMahon’s announcement being that there will be an all-woman PPV.  He wants to say how proud he is of the women backstage, especially his Mixed Tag Partner, Alexa Bliss.  The second thing they are talking about is Lashley Vs Reigns tonight.  They want to know who will face Brock Lesnar at Summerslam.  Braun is here to say it doesn’t matter, whether it’s Bobby Lashley, Roman Reigns, or Brock Lesnar, because he has Money in the Bank Briefcase, and how good the WWE Universal Championship would look at with Braun?

Here comes Kevin Owens, who says he thinks nothing happened, after talking about the WWE Universal Championship?  NO!!  NO!!  NO!!  He tried to befriend Braun, out of the kindness of his own heart, but another reason is because of his son, who wanted Owens to be Braun’s friend, so he can take the place of Nicholas place as Tag Team Champions.  But not just that, his little girl who now knows the pain Kevin feels when he walks down the stairs.  So now, Braun tried to take food away from his family’s table.  So now, Kevin will take Braun everything he has.  Braun dares him to do it now, and Kevin says he would love to do that.  But here comes Constable Corbin.  Stephanie McMahon is here, and wants Corbin to handle it.  Now while everything he did was legal, he has quite a temper, and Corbin has the very idea of helping Braun contain that anger.

Jinder Mahal

He senses the anger brewing in Braun, so help me help you.  There are so many causes to this.  Stephanie McMahon and Constable Corbin hired him to help Braun find his inner peace.  So if he gives Braun a chance, he’d like to help him.

Braun says this isn’t helping, he appreciates the effort, but he has a mantra of his own.  Calling for the Singh guy to hold his mic.  He needs them all to close their eyes, and repeat after Braun.

Get These Hands!!

Braun kicks Jinder, and he has Semil, and throws him into Jinder.  Running Powerslam to Singh.

Backstage Interview:  Roman Reigns

Charly has Roman, asking about his match tonight with Bobby.  She reminds him that he lost his only match with Bobby.  What makes tonight different?  Tonight is different already, tonight is a night of firsts, so what better night to beat Bobby first?  Yes, he lost the first time.  But he doesn’t have an advocate to come up with excuses.  He’s going to defeat Bobby tonight, he’s going to Summerslam, and ain’t nobody can do anything about it.  So if you’re against this, shut your mouth.  He’s going to Summerslam, and he’s going to take the Universal Championship, and will whip Brock Lesnar’s ass.

Tonight:  Lashley Vs Reigns

Tonight:  Balor Vs McIntyre

In-Ring Concert:  Elias

Like he said, his new album “Walk with Elias” is now on Spotify and iTunes, so go get it.

Next:  Authors Of Pain

In-Ring Promo:  Authors Of Pain

They want a challenge, anyone but Titus Worldwide, and here comes Titus Worldwide.  They try to tell them that failure can be an option.  But it’s the way you bounce right back up.  Apollo tells them Titus are a better man, than they ever will be.  This causes all 4 men to fight, with Titus Worldwide get the better of them.

Backstage Segment:  Kurt and Stephanie

Kurt likes what Steph said earlier, and is proud of being the Raw GM.  Kevin and Corbin show up.  Owens wants Strowman at Summerslam, with Braun’s briefcase on the line.  Stephanie likes the idea, and makes it official.

Match Number 4:  Mojo Rawley Vs Tyler Breeze

Same result as last week, Mojo wins with Alabama Jam.

Winner:  Mojo Rawley, by pinfall

Selfie Promo:  Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler

Ziggler talks about putting Seth Rollins in the back burner, and now McIntyre is going to take that smile away from Finn Balor.

In-Ring Concert:  Elias

Elias is sick and tired of being interrupted.  So Finn interrupts that.

Match Number 5:  Finn Balor Vs Drew McIntyre

This match ends up being a DQ, when Ziggler puts the boot to Balor.  Seth Rollins comes to the ring to help Balor.  Kurt Angle comes out, and we have a tag team.

Winner:  Finn Balor, by DQ

Match Number 6:  Seth Rollins and Finn Balor Vs Dolph Ziggler (IC Champ) and Drew McIntyre

What a match this was, we saw Rollins and Balor win when Seth nsila the Curb Stomp on Ziggler.  This should have been the match in the first place, and not a singles match.  Great stuff.

Winners:  Seth Rollins and Finn Balor, by pinfall

Backstage Interview:  Bobby Lashley

Charly is with Bobby, asking what is going on through his mind, going into tonight’s match.  Bobby said he came back after Wrestlemania, and he wanted two things.  He achieved the first thing, pinning Reigns, Roman failed two times against Lesnar, just like he failed the last week.  He heard Brock will be here next week, and he will tell Brock he is the one who will beat him for the Universal Championship.

Earlier Tonight:  Evolution PPV

Match Number 7:  Ember Moon Vs Liv Morgan

Ember picks up the win, nailing the Eclipse, pinning Liv.

Winner:  Ember Moon, by pinfall

Backstage Interview:  Seth Rollins

The Mike interview guy has Seth, he feels good about tonight’s win.  He now has a Summerslam match against Deolph Ziggler, for the Intercontinental Championship.

Next:  Reigns Vs Lashley

In-Ring Concert:  Elias

Elias looks away before he can play, and Kurt Angle comes out.  He did not mean to interrupt him.  Kurt assures Elias the floor is his, the fans want to hear Elias new debut single, so the floor is his.

Ladies and gentlemen, your lives will be changed after you buy his music.  In fact, buy 2 of them.  He said that he has a shout-out to give to some people who wanted to get in touch with him.  But he has been a busy man.  Soon you all will realize WWE stands for Walk With Elias.

He starts to play the song, but he’s not feeling the vibe here.  What city are they in?  Cincinnati?  No wonder, Cincinnati is one of the grossest cities here.  Bobby Lashley comes out, so our main event is up now.

Next Week:  Brock Lesnar Returns

Next Week:  Ronda Rousey Returns From Suspension

Next Week:  Finn Balor Vs Constable Corbin

Next Week:  Seth Rollins Vs Drew McIntyre

Match Number 8:  Roman Reigns Vs Bobby Lashley

This was a fun match here, certainly better than their Extreme Rules match, because this was booked better.  It wasn’t one guy dominating, then slipping on a banana peel.  Both guys worked their asses off.  We saw 3 spears by Reigns, but Lashley kept kicking off.  The 4th one did the trick, with Reigns pinning Bobby.  Lashley made one mistake, and the story here is that mistake, letting up on Roman hurt him, and he lost.  After the match, Lashley shook Roman’s hand, while Lashley kept showing disappointment in his mistake, Reigns celebrates the win, and we end the show here.

Winner, and Will Face Brock Lesnar At Summerslam:  Roman Reigns, by pinfall

Kevin’s Thoughts:

A very good show tonight, with a big-match feel at the end.  Just a better all around match.  Now Reigns will face Lesnar, again.  They HAVE to build Reigns up better this time, if he is the one who is going to beat Brock.  Make it clear that Roman is vulnerable, because that is the way you make it clear Roman is the face in this match.  Elias was the star of the night, with constantly being interrupted, then just leaves.  I wonder if Lashley will face Elias at the show?  We will see Rollins Vs Ziggler, again.  And the big announcement, while predictable was still pretty cool.  How they are going to do this, I don’t know.  But we will find out in the coming weeks.  What were your thoughts on Raw?  Sound off here.
