Match Number 1:  Undisputed Era (NXT Tag Champs) Vs Mustache Mountain for NXT Tag Team Championship

A great match to begin the show, some miscommunication between Strong and O’ Reilly set the tone here, and Bates nails the Knee Drop off the top rope, and for the 14th time in NXT history, new Tag Team Champs are crowned.  Mustache Mountain win the match, and titles.

Winners, and NEW NXT Tag team Champions:  Mustache Mountain, by pinfall

Video:  Johnny Saint

Johnny was impressed with the matches last night, and will give us a Triple Threat match to determine the Number One Contender to the NXT UK Championship.

Match Number 2:  Killer Kelly Vs Charlie Morgan

Charlie Morgan picks up the win with a victory roll.  Surprised that Kelly didn’t win since she wrestled last night, but there you go.

Winner:  Charlie Morgan, by pinfall

Tonight:  Aleister Black and Ricochet Vs Velveteen Dream and EC3

Tonight:  Shayna Baszler Vs Toni Storm

Tonight:  Wolfgang Vs Adam Cole for NXT North American Championship

Audience:  Christian

Match Number 3:  Mark Andrews Vs Travis Banks Vs Flash Morgan Webster Vs Noam Dar in a Fatal 4-Way Number One Contender to NXT UK Championship

Johnny Saint came out to change this match, and “The Super Nova” comes back after being out for 6 months.  Noam Dar comes back to win the match, and is the Number One Contender to the NXT UK Title.  The Coffey Brothers come in, and destroys the other competitors.  Noam Dar was thinking about coming back in, but decides not to.

Winner, and NEW Number One Contender To NXT UK Championship:  Noam Dar, by pinfall

Backstage Interview:  Wolfgang

Cathy Kelly asks about Wolfgang’s mind-set going into this title match, and Wolfgang has thought about getting back with Cole, after beating him down.  Now tonight, it’s payback.

Match Number 4:  Adam Cole (NXT North American Champ) Vs Wolfgang, for the NXT North American Championship

Adam Cole picks up the win with a Knee Drop, retaining his championship.  Wolfgang gave him the fight, but he’s Adam Cole BAY BAY!!

Winner, and STILL NXT North American Champion:  Adam Cole, by pinfall

Backstage Interview:  Mustache Mountain

They are still in cloud nine over winning the NXT Tag Team Championship.  They have been a team now for 4 years, but this is the biggest win they have had, as a team.

Match Number 5:  Aleister Black (NXT Champ) and Ricochet Vs Velveteen Dream and EC3 in a Dream Partner Match

Things were going well, but EC3 inadvertently held the ropes up, which hurt Dream’s leg.  He walked out on his partner when he needed his help, EC3 turned around and got nailed with Black Mass after the match.  Ricochet looked at the NXT Title, and handed it to Black.

Winners:  Aleister Black and Ricochet, by pinfall

Backstage Interview:  Toni Storm

Cathy Kelly asks what is going on through her mind.  Toni brings up she has been a champion before, and has been in the ring with Shayna before.  So tonight, she makes history, and becomes new NXT Women’s Champion.

Match Number 6:  Shayna Baszler (NXT Women’s Champ) Vs Toni Storm, for the NXT Women’s Championship

This was a different ending.  Baszler used the Kirifudu Clutch, but Toni never submitted, and even got back to the ropes, but the two spilled out of the ring, where Shayna nails her, and Toni did not answer the 10 count, but did retain the title.  The crowd was into this match.  After the match, Shayna comes right back, and nails the Kirifudu Driver, then another Kirifudu Clutch.

Winner, and STILL NXT Women’s Champion:  Shayna Baszler, by countout

Match Number 7:  Pete Dunne (WWE UK Champ) Vs Zack Gibson, for the WWE UK Championship

Gibson was a bit cocky as the bigger wrestler, but “The Bruiserweight” showed why he is one of the best performers in the world, after surviving 2 Shankly Gates, Dunne nails Bitter End, and pins him.  Dunne seemed to have broken Gibson’s finger when he kept pointing at Dunne, so I guess the lesson was learned.  After winning the match, the show ends with HHH, Johnny Saint, and the entire NXT UK roster comes out.  HHH says this is their time, their brand, they are NXT UK.  A nice touch to close out the show.

Winner, and STILL WWE UK Champ:  Pete Dunne, by pinfall

Kevin’s Thoughts:

This was a good 2 nights of action, even if the names are not familiar, they showcased what they could do.  The crowd loved it too, and the conclusion of Pete Dunne continuing his dominance showed he is one of the best wrestlers, and still is just 24 years old.  New Tag Team Champions, should be interesting to see where they go with that.  I also loved the Dream Tag Match too, expect EC3 and Dream to have a match in the future in NXT.  What were your thoughts?  Sound off here, and I will be back shortly with Smackdown Live.
