In-Ring Promo:  AJ Styles

AJ gets some chants from the crowd.  They say you can tell a lot about a man through his failures, and we can see a lot about Shinsuke Nakamura.  Styles always wanted a dream match with Shinsuke at Wrestlemamia.  He won, and Shinsuke failed.  He calls himself “The Artist”, but we now know he is just a con artist.  Last week, AJ should have been celebrating his win at Wrestlemania, but instead all he can think about is retribution, payback at Shinsuke Nakamura.  But instead he was offered a real opportunity, a real dream match against Daniel Bryan.  But Shinsuke ruined that too, so here is the thing, he isn’t leaving until he hears from Shinsuke Nakamura.  Don’t worry, AJ knows Shinsuke can’t speak any english, but AJ is here to fight.  Come down here, now.

It’s Rusev Day, so Aidan English and Rusev shows up instead.  Rusev wants a fight.  Since it is Rusev Day, and Nakamura doesn’t have a spine, let’s fight now.

Match Number 1:  AJ Styles (WWE Champ) Vs Rusev in a non-title match

Styles has the Calf Crusher on Rusev, and Aidan comes in to cause the DQ.  But Daniel Bryan even the odds here tonight.  We have our main event tag match, later tonight.

Winner:  AJ Styles, by DQ

Backstage Segment:  Shane McMahon and Paige

Paige made the match official, later tonight.  The Miz will now be returning to SD Live.  Paige has some surprises in store for tonight.

Tonight:  CarmellaBration

In-Ring Promo:  Shelton Benjamin

Shelton lost Chad Gable last night, and someone hacked his Twitter, and he never said those kind things about Chad Gable.  Chad needed Shelton, and now he wants some competition.  Some real competition.

Randy Orton comes out, but….

SD Live Shake-Up:  Jeff Hardy

Match Number 2:  Jeff Hardy (US Champ) Vs Shelton Benjamin in a non-title match

Hardy picks up the win with a Swantawn Bomb.  Hardy is now the newest superstar on Smackdown Live.

Winner:  Jeff Hardy, by pinfall

SD Live Shake-up:  The Miz

The Miz gives us a seflie promo, he is in Los Angeles, but will make his SD Live premiere next week, and he tells Daniel Bryan he is coming to kick his ass, but Maryse stops him from cussing, in front of his new baby daughter.

Next:  Harper Vs Jey Uso

SD Live Shake-Up:  Sonya DeVille and Mandy Rose

Match Number 3:  Harper (SD Live Tag Team Champ) Vs Jey Uso

Harper picks up the win with his Discuss Clothesline.  Now all 4 men start to fight.  Harper and Rowan have the hammers all set up to use, but Naomi screams out to protect her family.  Tag Team Titles are on the line next Friday at The Greatest Royal Rumble, live on WWE Network.

Winner:  Harper, by pinfall

Tonight:  AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan Vs Rusev and English

SD Live Shake-Up:  Samoa Joe

Match Number 4:  Samoa Joe Vs Sin Cara

Joe destroys Sin Cara, slaps on Koquina Clutch, match is over.

Winner:  Samoa Joe, by submission

In-Ring Promo:  Samoa Joe

Well, if it isn’t the land of opportunity.  But you see to me, it’s the land of handouts.  Because by my reactions, this place, and roster has had it easy.  Smackdown Live has been coddled, been convinced they are better than what they are.  Well, that all changes.  Joe is here now, and he has all the opportunities to put to sleep your beloved Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, and he will emasculate AJ Styles.  And if any of you non-believers don’t believe him, just wait and see what he does in Saudi Arabia and at Backlash.  And speaking of the Greatest Royal Rumble, he can make us this promise, whatever is left of Roman Reigns after being punished by Brock Lesnar again, he will put Roman out of pasture, once and for all.  And if by a miracle, Reigns is victorious, he will tear that Universal Championship away from Roman.  Believe that.

Tonight:  Styles and Bryan Vs Rusev and English

Next:  MellaBration

Video:  Coming to Smackdown, SAnitY

Backstage Interview:  Daniel Bryan

Renee catches up with Daniel, asking why he helped AJ, and it’s due to respect.  For 3 years since Daniel wanted to come back to the ring, he made a list of superstars he wanted to face, and AJ is at the top.  AJ makes you a better performer, and last week that dream match happened, only to be cut short by Shinsuke Nakamura.  Daniel will fight side by side with AJ anytime, if only to get another opportunity to wrestle him.

SD Live Shake-up:  Big Cass

Big Cass makes a short joke about Daniel, and walks away.

In-Ring Promo:  Carmella

She is no longer the Princess of Statin Island, we can call her the moon-walking, crown princess of Smackdown Live.  She waited for the perfect opportunity, waited 287 long days, and Carmella seized that opportunity and earned the top position of the women’s division.  Carmella beat Charlotte Flair, one of the greatest WWE superstars in WWE history, she did it all on her own.  The woman who beat Asuka, she beat Charlotte Flair.  All she had to do to beat Charlotte was for her to be blinded by her own ego.  She has a saying in order to be the woman, you got to beat the woman.  Learn to love it, she is the woman.  Not only did it go down as the biggest moment in Women’s Revolution, but the biggest moment in Women’s history.

Video:  Carmella

Carmella is going to miss Frankie, the briefcase.  She held it for 287 days, but it won’t be as long as she will keep Cleopatra.  She has said it before, Mella is MONEY!!

Charlotte Flair interrupts, her title reign is a lot like her memory.  Short.  Her highlight reel is missing some history.  The only reason why she won Money in the Bank is because of that chinless freak Ellsworth.  And she won the title because of The Iconics.  However, game respects game, so she is the champ.  So let her give Mella some advice, it’s a lot harder to stay at the top than it is to be at the top, and that title is coming back where it belongs.  The Iconics show up, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce.  Billie says how can she blame little ole them, and Peyton does her impression of Charlotte.  Last week, she asked for magic, and they gave it to her.  That title disappeared from her waist, and that moment will last forever and it’s all because of them.  You’re looking at the future, and the future is iconic.  Charlotte goes right after The Iconics, but Becky Lynch comes and saves her friend.

Match Number 5:  Charlotte Flair Vs Billie Kay

Charlotte picks up the win with the Figure Eight, making Billie tap out.  Carmella and Peyton Royce attack both Charlotte and Becky. Until….

SD Live Shake-Up:  Asuka

Asuka fights with Becky and Charlotte to tell us Asuka is now on SD Live.

Winner:  Charlotte Flair, by submission

Video:  The Good Brothers Coming to SD Live

Tonight:  Styles and Bryan Vs Rusev and Aidan

Video:  The Bar Coming To SD Live

Backstage Segment:  New Day, Tye Dillinger, and R-Truth

SD Live Shale-up:  R-Truth

Truth thinks they are all on Monday Night Raw, ummmm this is Tuesday, Smackdown Live.  My bad, I will see you all tomorrow.

SD Live Shake-Up:  Jeff Hardy, The Miz, Samoa Joe, Big Cass, Asuka, The Good Brothers, The Iconics, SAnitY, and now….Andrade “Cien” Almas

Match Number 6:  AJ Styles (WWE Champ) and Daniel Bryan vs Rusev and Aidan English

A great match between these four were ruined by Shinsuke Nakamura giving AJ another low blow, and Big Cass shows up from nowhere to give Daniel the big boot.  The match ends in a DQ, and we have Shinsuke ending the show telling Renee he doesn’t speak no English.

Winners:  AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan, by DQ

Kevin’s Thoughts:

This had a great ending, and cemented Big Cass as a big threat again.  I was wrong about Nakamura turning heel, this keeps him fresh, and I love his speak no english heel tactic.  I also liked the choices for SD Live, especially picking up Joe and Asuka.  This was setting up Greatest Royal Rumble very nicely too.  What were your thoughts on Superstar Shake-Up?  Who won?  Who lost?  Share me your thoughts here.
