Video:  Brock Lesnar Vs Kane Vs Braun Strowman

In-Ring Promo:  Braun Strowman

Braun wants to tell us a short story….there was a machine and a monster facing a Monster Among Men at Royal Rumble.  And the monster among men became your new WWE Universal Champion.  But enter Kurt Angle.

I was telling them a story, and Kurt has one too.  But it doesn’t have a happy ending.  Braun put lives in danger last week, and that is not acceptable, and he cost WWE thousands of dollars in damages.  It could have been a lot worse.  Kurt tells Braun he in charge of the employees, and he put backstage people in harm, he is in an unsafe working environment.  Kurt tells Braun if he wants to settle things, he does it in the ring, not backstage.  But this is what Braun does, he does what he wants.  If he wants to go to Suplex City, he will.  If he wants to go through hell, he will.  He will do whatever it takes to win the Universal Championship.  Kurt tells Braun he is lucky Kane and Brock are able to compete at the Royal Rumble.  But this won’t be a Triple Threat match anymore, Braun Strowman….you’re fired.

Braun walks off, and that is that.

Tonight:  Asuka Vs Nia Jax

Tonight:  Reigns Vs The Miztourage in a 1-on-2 Handicap Match

Backstage Segment:  Braun Strowman

Braun is walking with the security telling he has to go, he bellows to the security to make him leave.

Classic Raw Moment:  Hugh Jackman in 2011

Backstage Segment:  Braun Strowman

Braun heads out to the exit door, but a security dude orders Braun to leave.  Them are fighting words.  Strowman takes them out.  He’s not finished yet, he’s not leaving until everyone gets these hands.

Match Number 1:  The Bar Vs Titus Worldwide

This was a more competitive match, but when the Number One Contenders had an opportunity to win, Jason Jordan shows up, and Titus rolls up Sheamus for another win for the second straight week.  Seth Rollins shows up, so this was not his plan.

Winners:  Titus Worldwide, by pinfall

Backstage Segment:  Braun Strowman

Strowman finds Kurt Angle’s office, and it’s empty, so Strowman throws some shit around, loosen things up.

Backstage Segment:  Braun Strowman

Catering, not looking good.  Braun flips some tables, and takes some cake…literally.

In-Ring Promo:  Enzo Amore

He is a Certified G, and a Bonafide Champ, and you can’t teach that.  We can all agree Braun Strowman is a monster, but so is he.  He may be taped up, but he is going to Royal Rumble as Frankenstein, and Cedric is Dracula, because he sucks.  But he has to go through Tony Abs.  Here comes Cedric and Goldust tells Enzo if he went into movies, he’d go straight to DVD.  But Cedric is a bonafide movie star.  And after Royal Rumble, there is only one word to describe him…champion.  Cedric tells Enzo from his eye to his ankle, there is only one word to describe you, and he’s going to spell it out for ya….S.A.W.F.T.

Backstage Segment:  Braun Strowman

Braun is tearing things up backstage, you know that unsafe environment.

Match Number 2:  Cedric Alexander Vs Tony Nese

Cedric does his thing, and wins with the Lumbar Check.  Enzo is beside himself.

Winner:  Cedric Alexander, by pinfall

Backstage Segment:  Kurt Angle

Kurt mysteriously shows up again from his office, like he is in a horror movie.  He believes he needs to call the cops.  (NOW, KURT?  NOW?)  And another ref shows up to say Braun is headed to the production truck.  Oh lord, no.

Backstage Segment:  Braun in a Production Truck

Braun wants to shut down the entire show.  He orders everyone to leave, he is shutting down everything.  But then he leaves.  Oh crap, Braun has the tractor, and he starts to tip it.  But Kurt tells him to get out of here, he is calling the cops.  Braun comes back, tips the truck over.  And screams in Kurt’s ear, which is hilarious.  Braun is heading somewhere.  He’s heading back to ringside.  Strowman is heading to the broadcast booth.  Braun has Cole.  He’s carrying him like a rag doll.  Kurt orders him to stop, he called off the cops.  Stephanie McMahon called and re-hired Braun.  Damn, he let go Michael Cole, and Braun walks off.  But wait a second.  He has Cole, and throws him into the security guards.

Hey, Tom Phillips is all of a sudden here.  Hey Tom.

Moments Ago:  Braun Strowman

Tonight:  Reigns Vs The Miztourage in a 1-on-2 Handicap Match

Match Number 3:  Asuka Vs Nia Jax

This was a fun match between the two.  It should have been a Wrestlemania build, but a crappy finish.  Asuka nails Nia into the ring steps, and it clips Nia’s knee, she can’t continue, so the ref calls the bell.  Alexa Bliss checks in on her friend.

Winner:  Asuka, by forfeit

Backstage Segment:  Kurt Angle and Jason Jordan

Kurt checks in on the damage Bran left his office.  Jason thanks him for believing in Jason, putting him a shot for the Tag Team Championship.  He believes in him, and Jason watched Kurt’s back all night.  He tells him that he and Seth Rollins will be ready for Royal Rumble.  Seth is still upset over his loss last week, so he needs a match, a singles match with Finn Balor.  The match is set later tonight.

Video:  Martin Luther King Jr.

Backstage Segment:  Nia Jax and Enzo Amore

Nia has ice on her knee, with Enzo checking on her, making sure she is going to be okay.

Match Number 4:  The Revival Vs Unknown

The announcers don’t even care t tell us who they are facing, so why should I?  Shattered Machine, The Revival make their return victorious.

In-Ring Interview:  The Revival

Charly is in the ring, and Scott tells us that was Tag Team Wrestling at its best.  That has been something that has been missing lately, because guys are too worried about themselves, and not the teams.  They are students of The Game, and they learn from the very best.  Charlie wants to ask who they are most excited to see?  The New Age Outlaws?  Shawn Michaels?  “Stone Cold” Steve Austin?  Old school?  They are what WWE created, they are not Sports Entertainers, they are professional wrestlers.  Dash says that, and Scott tells them they are here to put Tag Team Wrestling back on the map.  And they are about to take this to a new era.  There is only one team they are interested in, and that is the Tag Team Champions.

Next:  Elias

In-Ring Concert:  Elias

Hello, my name is Elias.  And I have one question for everyone here tonight.  Who wants to walk with Elias?  First things first, I hope Michael Cole is okay.  I am out here for 2 reason.  First to teach you all a lesson, and once you absorbed that lesson, your lives will be better.  That lesson is WWE stands for We Want Elias.  He is here to say the Royal Rumble is among us.  Many superstars are in it, Shinsuke Nakamura, Randy Orton, and he only cares for one superstar, and that is John Cena.  He signs he will get his revenge for what happened on Christmas Day.  He will win the Royal Rumble, unlike the Spurs, who are destined to fail.  The Spurs can’t do anything to me, now you have to listen to this part, because he was paid a significant amount of money for this part, he introduces The Miz and The Miztourage.

In-Ring Promo:  The Miz

The Miz came back last week, and it felt awesome.  It was only 6 weeks The Miz was gone, but the WWE Universe knew there was a spark missing.  It wasn’t John Cena.  It wasn’t Brock Lesnar, it was The Miz.  Kurt Angle even knows that, which is why he granted him his IC Title rematch, and that is awesome.  Then he and The Miztourage made their mark, taking out Roman Reigns, and that felt awesome.  The Miz knows how to make moments on WWE Raw.  He has been doing it for so many years, and he will continue to do it for the next 25 years, which is why USA Network gave he and Maryse their own TV series, where they too will star and Executive Produce, called “Miz and Mrs.”.  And next week, he will head to The Barclay’s Center, and take back his Intercontinental Championship, because that is what he does.

Match Number 5:  Roman Reigns (IC Champ) Vs The Miztourage in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match

The Miz tried to help his team, Reigns nails a spear on Axel, and pins him.

Winner:  Roman Reigns, by pinfall

Earlier Tonight:  Braun Strowman Was Fired, then Hired

Tonight:  Seth Rollins Vs Finn Balor

Next Week:  Raw 25

Match Number 6:  Sasha Banks Vs Sonya DeVille

Sonya picks up a signature win, kicking Sasha in the ribs, pinning Sasha.

Winner:  Sonya DeVille, by pinfall

Video:  WWE Superstars In Memphis

They witnessed where Martin Luther King Jr was shot

Backstage Segment:  Jason Jordan and Seth Rollins

Seth tells Jason they need to be on the same page.

Match Number 7:  “Woken” Matt Hardy vs Heath Slater

Heath was “Woken” with Twist of Faith.  All is wonderful with Matt.

Winner:  Matt Hardy, by pinfall

Video:  WWE 2018 HOF Inductee, Goldberg

Next:  Balor Vs Rollins

Earlier Tonight:  Braun Strowman Wrecks Everyone

Match Number 8:  Seth Rollins (Raw Tag Champs) Vs Finn Balor

The Bar comes to ringside, goes right after Jordan, he slips awa and The Bar fights with The Club, and Jason trips Balor, Rollins nails The Curbstomp for the win.  They had the ref screw up the finish though, counted to 3, but didn’t count it as the pin fall.  Finn looked legit hurt too, like a concussion.  We need to keep that monitored.  The show ends here.

Winner:  Seth Rollins, by pinfall

Kevin’s Thoughts:

This wasn’t a bad show, considering it as a filler show.  It had its moments, but also had its bad moments.  I hate how they have treated Kurt Angle, like an idiot.  Only the McMahons can stay strong as authority figures.  Ready for next week’s Raw 25.  What were your thoughts on the show?  I think too they have to give the title to Braun Strowman, although they won’t.  You have to wonder when it will be his turn.
