Video:  Last Monday with Reigns Vs Joe

In-Ring Promo:  Kurt Angle

Kurt tells us that he has been distracted with his personal life the last few months, and he decided to reveal to the world that Jason Jordan is his son.  He feels he can finally concentrate on running Raw, and he was nervous last week, but he felt calm when Jason came out.  Kurt knows he is doing the right thing, and tonight, Jason will compete in the ring for the first time on Raw.  He has opportunities, just like Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns had last week.  He made the decision who will face Brock Lesnar at Summerslam, and he will be….

Braun Strowman comes out, ordering Kurt the name he announces better be Braun Strowman.  Unlike Joe and Reigns, he won his match at Great Balls of Fire.  He does not fear Brock Lesnar, Brock fears Braun.  Here comes Samoa Joe.  They haven’t crossed paths since last week, so allow him to introduce himself.  His name is Samoa Joe, and he is the man who tamed Brock Lesnar, and he does not fear Brock, which means he doesn’t fear Braun Strowman.  He took Brock to his limit at Great Balls of Fire, and he knows he will take him out at Summerslam.  So it’s real simple Kurt, Reigns and Strowman still haven’t settled things, so how about they face off, and Joe faces “The Beast” at Summerslam.

Now comes Reigns.

It’s funny to Reigns Joe, he talked about what he almost did, Joe hasn’t done anything here.  And Braun has been here for as long as a hiccup.  In 5 years, Reigns has done everything.  He has been a Tag Team Champion, he was an IC Champion, he has been WWE Champion, he won the Royal Rumble at Philly, which made a lot of noise.  He main evented Wrestlemania, where he had main evented 3 times.  So what have you guys done?  He will wait.  Nobody says anything, and Reigns wants to show them what he is about to do, and Kurt breaks this up.  He changed his mind, and now will make it a Fatal 4-Way at Summerslam.  Lesnar Vs Joe Vs Braun Vs Reigns.  Joe has an issue with this, this needs to be a one on one match, and Kurt told him it’s done.  Strowman doesn’t care if it’s one on one, two on one, or a Fatal 4-Way, all he cares about is piling bodies.  Reigns and Joe team up to take Strowman out-of-the-way, and now Joe cheap shots Reigns, and the two men fight, but Braun comes back.  Kurt calls for more security, and Strowman takes them all out.  Joe slaps on the Coquina Clutch, and now the WWE locker room come out to separate them, and reigns nails a spear on Strowman.  Braun nails a Running Power Slam on Reigns.  This is awesome.

Tonight:  2-on-3 Handicap Match:  Ambrose and Rollins Vs The Miztourage

Tonight:  Sasha Banks Vs Bayley, winner faces Alexa Bliss at Summerslam

Next:  Balor Vs Samson in a No DQ Match

In-Ring Concert:  Elias Samson

Elias has a new guitar.

Match Number 1:  Elias Samson Vs Finn Balor in a No DQ Match

We had a chair sighting, Balor has used more vicious tone than ever before in WWE, and Balor nails a Coup De Grace, but the lights go out, and “The Eater of Words” show up, Bray Wyatt, nails Sister Abigail, and Elias drags to pins Balor for the win.  Bray crawls to Balor, telling he told him he’d get him, and the light goes out.

Winner:  Elias Samson, by pinfall

Next:  Raw Debut of Jason Jordan

Video:  Jason Jordan as Kurt Angle’s son

Backstage Interview:  Kurt Angle

Renee Young interviews Kurt in the back, Jason wanted this opportunity, and Kurt is excited, and nervous for Jason tonight.  Emma shows up, she is happy for Kurt, but she wants an opportunity to compete.  Emma started the Woman’s Revolution, and was looked up to by women like Sasha and Bayley, but now they get opportunities, and she sits in the back.  Kurt doesn’t say anything, and Emma gets it.  The only way she gets attention is if she starts to date Jason.  Kurt will give her a match tonight, with Nia Jax.  Good luck, Emma.

Next:  Enzo Amore Vs Big Cass

In-Ring Promo:  Enzo Amore

You know who he is, how ya doin’?  See Cass, the things that drive him drives Cass crazy.  Because the little engine that should drives strictly through passion, and you know the key that starts his engine?  You people.  So you see Cass, you have lost the key to your success, and your engine is running on empty, and this is a marathon, not a sprint.  He quotes Drake, and says Cass is S.A.W.F.T.

Match Number 2:  Enzo Amore Vs Big Cass

This was a squash match, Cole tried to put over Enzo, but it just doesn’t work.  Enzo got creamed.  Cass wins with the big boot.

Winner:  Big Cass, by pinfall

Cass hits Enzo some more, slapping him around, and here comes The Big Show, wanting some.  Cass threatens he will snap Enzo’s neck if Show steps into the ring, and when Show comes in, Cass throws Enzo into Show, and gives him the big boot, along with The Empire Elbow.  He nails 3 of them on Big Show, but The Giant fights back.  Cass talks trash to Big Show, and kicks him some more.  One official comes over, and this stops the beating.

Match Number 3:  Nia jax Vs Emma

Another squash match here, and Nia just destroyed Emma, pinning her with a Senton.  Impressive here.

Winner:  Nia Jax, by pinfall

Backstage Interview:  Akira Tozawa

Charly Caruso has Tozawa, who wants a match with Ariya Daivari.  We saw last week on 205 Live with Tozawa surviving his match with Daivari, but Daivari attacks Tozawa and hurt his shoulder even more.  Titus O’ Neil comes in, he tells Tozawa he had his match cancelled tonight, looking for Tozawa’s best interest.  Tozawa is coming to the ring, he wants his match now.

Tozawa comes to the ring, Titus tries to talk to him out of the match, and Tozawa shoves Titus when we go to a break.

We come back, and have Tozawa in the ring, demanding Daivari come out now.  The WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Neville shows up.  He reminds Tozawa his shoulder is hurt in the first place because of him.  Tozawa wants Neville, and Neville tried to warn Tozawa, but he wanted to trust the false prophesies of Titus O’ Neil, and where did it get you.  What stands in front of Neville is pathetic, a joke, and he has become a shell of his former self.  Tozawa starts to kick Neville, and nails a Senton, hurting his shoulder.  But here comes Daivari.  He nails him with a vicious Clothesline, and he does the same thing to Neville.  Daivari wants a title shot.

Backstage Segment:  Bayley and Sasha Banks

Sasha is upset with what Alexa had said, and Bayley told her it’s okay they will face each other tonight.  Sasha talks about getting her hands on Alexa at Summerslam.  Bayley tells her she needs to keep her focus on the match too, because Bayley wants a title shot too.  May the best woman win, and Sasha tells her that woman will win.

Earlier Tonight:  Summerslam Main Event Announced

Summerslam:  Fatal 4-Way For The WWE Universal Championship

Backstage Interview:  Jason Jordan

Renee Young is here again, Jordan Vs Curt Hawkins tonight.  How does he feel?  Jason realizes he is Kurt’s son, and he knows now all eyes are on him.  But he is ready.  Jason talks about Kurt Angle being his father, it’s incredible and unbelievable at the same time.  Jason talks about this being a dream come true that his father is his hero.  This feels like a dream, and it’s all come true.  But he is focused, and will win his first match on Raw.

Backstage Interview:  Rollins and Ambrose

Rollins is looking forward to this match, for the first time in 3 years, they team up again.  Seth wants to come up with a plan, and Ambrose isn’t feeling it right now.  Seth tells him they are facing 3 guys, we can’t just let anything goes here.  Ambrose said Seth has to worry about 3 guys, Dean has to worry about 4.

Match Number 4:  Sasha Banks Vs Bayley, for the Number One Contender to Summerslam

Alexa Bliss did some color commentary, scouting the match.  Bayley wins in a very good match when Sasha nails a Frogsplash, Bayley reverses it, and the momentum Sasha had, took the wind out of her, when Bayley rolls her up for the pin.  Bayley is going to Summerslam, to face Alexa Bliss.  The Raw Woman’s Champ came to the ring to congratulate Bayley on her win, and show her the Woman’s Title.

Winner, and NEW Number One Contender to Raw Woman’s Championship:  Bayley, by pinfall

Tonight:  2-on-3 Handicap Match

Special Olympic Profile:  Cornell Gray

Backstage Interview:  Curt Hawkins

Renee Young has Curt Hawkins.  Curt is sick and tired of hearing about Jason Jordan.  After tonight, after Curt slaps Jason, and beats him, the entire world will be talking about Curt Hawkins.

Match Number 5:  Jason Jordan Vs Curt Hawkins

Curt tried, but Jason was no match tonight, with papa Kurt watching backstage so proud.  Jason wins with the Rolling Neckbreaker.

Winner:  Jason Jordan, by pinfall

Video:  The Revival Vs The Hardy Boyz

Next:  The Revival

In-Ring Interview:  The Revival

Charly Caruso introduces The Revival, but before she can ask her, Scott tells Charly they know what she is going to ask before she does, so go ahead and leave the ring.  Dash says not only were they the best NXT Tag Team, they also have proven to be the best Tag Team in the WWE.  They made Big The new Day head to Smackdown Live.  They forced Big Cass to break up with Enzo Amore, and they made The Hardy Boyz irrelevant.  They are here to dominate the WWE.  Gallows and Anderson show up, saying they did everything The Revival had done first, including beat up The New Day.  They also became bald first, Washington DC rocks, and The Revival are nothing but nerds.

Match Number 6:  The Revival Vs Gallows and Anderson

This wasn’t even promoted at all, just a one-off match for the first time ever, the two best tag teams are facing off.  But The Hardy Boyz show up, and this distracts Gallows and Anderson while The Revival hit Shattered Machine for the win.  But The Hardy Boyz start jumping the ring, and they fight off The revival, standing tall.

Winners:  The Revival, by pinfall

Backstage Segment:  The Miztourage

The Miz loves the cohesiveness The Miztourage shows, nothing like their opponents tonight.  The Shield is like Hollywood, they keep ripping people off with spinoffs, because there is no originality in them at all.  Tonight, they prove that.

Next Week:  Miz TV with Miz’s guest being Jason Jordan

Next Week:  Triple Threat Match:  Samoa Joe Vs Roman Reigns Vs Braun Strowman

Match Number 7:  The Miztourage Vs Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in a 2-on-3 Handicap Match

For the first time in 3 years, Ambrose and Rollins team up, and it looked like they never broke up here.  Ambrose was reluctant at first, but at the end they win the match here.  Seth saves Ambrose after a Skull Crushing Finale, and the two did double suicide dives on Axel and Dallas.  The end came when Miz was by himself in the ring with Ambrose, set up another Skull Crushing Finale, and Rollins nails Miz with his knee, and Ambrose nails Dirty Deeds for the win.  They both embrace, and celebrate the win together.  Seth put his fist out, like the brothers they were, and Ambrose walks away.  They still aren’t there yet, the show ends here.

Winners:  Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins, by pinfall

Kevin’s Thoughts:

If this was an indication of the Jason Jordan saga, it’s not working.  The fans right now aren’t buying it.  When Jason was in the ring, dead silence.  But it should pick up next week when he is on Miz TV, maybe this is the next feud?  We now know 2 matches are set for Summerslam.  The Fatal 4-Way and the Raw Woman’s Title match, both should be good.  I just hope they book Bayley as a legit contender here.  I don’t have any confidence in the booking team however.  This was a solid show though, a very hot beginning, a good middle of the show, and a good main event to close the show.  Can Ambrose trust Rollins?  That story is building up slow.  What were your thoughts on the show?  Sound off, and let me know.
