WWE Monday Night Raw in Las Vegas, Nevada

Tonight, the night after WWE Elimination Chamber 2017 Live Results (WWE Title Chamber Match) we will see the Raw debut of Emmalina (Maybe), we will also see Bayley Vs Charlotte Flair, for the Raw Women’s Title. But, this is really about Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens giving us “The Festival of Friendship, BABY!! Raw is in an hour and a half.

Raw is honor of Chavo Guerrero, Sr.

Segment Number 1:  Stephanie McMahon Promo

The Raw Commissioner kicks off the show, she tells us she is giving Mick Foley the week off, and is running the show tonight on Monday Night Raw.  “The Big Dawg” Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring.  In 3 weeks from Sunday, we will see Reigns Vs Braun Strowman at WWE Fastlane.  He is going to keep this short and sweet, he is not waiting for Fastlane, Roman wants Braun Strowman right now.  Stephanie said this is not about her, it’s about the WWE Universe, and what they want.  Do they want Strowman vs Reigns at Fastlane?  Or do they want it right here, tonight?  The crowd wants it tonight, and Steph tells him the fans don’t care about Roman, and his well-being after being beat up last week.  But believe it or not, Stephanie does.  So the match will not take place.  Braun has a match against “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry.  Roman likes that match, maybe he needs to watch it in person. If Roman touches him before Fastlane, maybe he doesn’t get a Wrestlemania match, and maybe as Roman said he doesn’t care what you think, and he will get what he wants.  But the WWE Raw Tag Team Champions, Gallows and Anderson make their way to the ring.  As the Rolling Stones would say you can’t always get what you want.  Roman should never interrupt Stephanie, and they have her back.  In fact, maybe Roman should face Gallows and Anderson in a Handicap match?  Stephanie thinks that is a great idea, as the newest inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame, teddy Long would say, let’s have a tag team match, playa.

Match Number 1:  Roman Reigns Vs Gallows and Anderson (WWE Raw Tag Champs) in a 2-on-1 Handicap match

The ref ruins this match when Gallows and Anderson continue to kick Roman, without being sent to the outside, so the ref calls for the DQ.  The Tag Champs try Magic Killer, but Roman fights back, and hits a Superman Punch, with Gallows and Anderson bailing.

Winner:  Roman Reigns, by DQ

Bo Dallas, look at you, being in the ring all lone;y.  Are you trying to look like a social outcast?  Big E wants to know who is here to put a smile on your face, sucka?  NEW DAY!!  Because Xavier is here to plan something special, and that is a blueprint of a New Day ice Cream Machine, because he wants to bring us something special, because New Day Rocks!!

Match Number 2:  Kofi Kingston Vs Bo Dallas

Bo Dallas ripped the Ice Cream blueprint, but Kofi gets his revenge with SOS.

Winner:  Kofi Kingston, by pinfall

Segment Number 4:  Neville Backstage Promo

Charly Caruso asks Neville his thoughts on Jack Gallagher being the Number One Contender to the Cruiserweight Title.  Neville stops her, and says TJ Perkins, who he faces tomorrow night is a bigger threat than Jack Gallagher, but Jack confronts him, and Neville tells him he doesn’t stand a chance, and Jack tells him he’s just a bloody pellet.

Match Number 3:  Jack Gallagher Vs Noam Dar

Jack picks up the win in no time.  About less than 4 minutes, moving on.  Neville comes out, and holds his title up to Jack Gallagher.

Segment Number 6:  The premiere of Emmalina

Segment Number 7:  Bayley Promo

Charly is with Bayley, this is her first main event title match.  Is she ready?  She is nervous, but it’s a good nervous.  She is in the same position as Lita, when she won her first Women’s Title match against Stephanie McMahon.  Speaking of Stephanie, she doesn’t believe in her, and Charlotte told Bayley she was the last of the Four Horsewomen to make it on the main roster.  But she will prove she can do it, and will achieve her dream.

Segment Number 8:  Chris and Kevin

Chris prepares Kevin for this glorious Festival of Friendship he has planned.  HHH interrupts, he wants to talk to Kevin, alone.

Next:  Mark Henry Vs Braun Strowman

Match Number 4:  Braun Strowman vs Mark Henry

Strowman picks up the win with a Powerslam, and here comes Reigns.  Reigns gives Braun 2 Superman Punches, but Strowman nails a Running Powerslam, and screams he can’t win.

Winner:  Braun Strowman, by pinfall

Tonight:  Raw Women’s Championship Match

Next:  Samoa Joe Interview

Video:  Chris and Kevin

Segment Number 10:  Sheamus, Cesaro, and Bayley

Sheamus and Cesaro are working out with Bayley, but here come Big Cass and Enzo.  They are upset at Enzo and Cass for costing them their title match last week.  Enzo and Cass don’t seem to care, and Enzo challenges them to do something about it.

Segment Number 11:  Cole interviews Joe

Joe has had an eventful 2 weeks since debuting in WWE, and he had what people are called “dishonorable honors” and Joe agrees.  He only answers to one man, and that is HHH, who brought him in to WWE.  Cole questions that Joe is only here because HHH is afraid of Seth Rollins.  Joe said he doesn’t care why HHH wants him here, for 18 years, he has shown how good he is.  So many great NXT wrestlers have come through, but nobody better than Joe.  Seth Rollins is a good example, because he couldn’t last 2 minutes with Joe, and because of him, he will miss his second straight Wrestlemania.  Cole brings up Rollins tweeting that he will be back to slay the king.  Joe wants to know if this interview is only about HHH, and not him.  Cole brings up last week in Joe’s Raw debut, he won.  2 weeks, Joe beat “The Man” and “The Guy”, for 18 months, he destroyed anyone that was put in front of him.  He is here to be the best, and not just happy to be here like a Sami Zayn.  Cole talked about in the past, HHH has turned his back on many of his friends, guys like Shawn Michaels, Batista, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton.  Joe talked about the difference between himself and the other men is they had to rely on HHH.  Joe doesn’t need anyone, all he needs to do is destroy men, for “The Creator”.

Match Number 5:  Sami Zayn Vs “Handsome” Rusev

Sami picks up a big win with a Helluva Kick out of nowhere.

Winner:  Sami Zayn, by pinfall

Charly asks Sami if tonight’s win was a boost of confidence after his title loss from Chris Jericho last week?  Yes, because Sami hated that he lost last week, but tonight’s win was a step in the right direction.  But tonight seemed like a definition of Sami Zayn’s career, you lose, you get yourself back up.  And earlier, he heard Samoa Joe say he wasn’t Sami Zayn.  That is right, he isn’t Sami Zayn, because Sami doesn’t do what he’s always told, he doesn’t clean up other people’s messes, and he sure as hell isn’t a sell out.  But this is the time of the year we all think about.  And here comes Joe, attacking Sami from behind, shoves him on the platform wall, and nails a Coquina Clutch on Sami.

Tonight:  Charlotte Flair Vs Bayley for Raw Women’s Title

WWE HOF Inductee:  Teddy Long

Match Number 6:  Akira Tozawa Vs Ariya Daivari

Tozawa picks up the win with a German Suplex.  THE Brian Kendrick was at commentary, acting as Tozawa’s “mentor”.

Winner:  Akira Tozawa, by pinfall

Next:  The Festival of Friendship

Video:  Last Monday, with Chris and Kevin

Segment Number 14:  Festival of Friendship

We have showgirls with Chris Jericho, and he introduces us to the WWE Universal Champion, Kevin Owens.  This is hilarious.  Chris comes to the ring with the showgirls, and Owens is in disbelief.  Owens and Jericho are in, let the fun begin.  This is the first Festival of Friendship, and many things to talk about.  Many gifts, and he had Jericho wanted to think of the one thing that defined their friendship, the epitome of their friendship.  So he contacted Ralph Gugenheim, and this is a piece that defines their friendship.  It’s a statue of two people sharing a kiss.  He paid $7,500 for this, and Owens said it was a steal.  But Chris also has the “Creation of Kevin”, an art that shows Chris wearing nothing but his US Title touching fingers with Kevin.  Kevin has kids, he can’t take that home.  Well, Chris has this next gift, which is magic.  He found the “Illuminati” of Illusion, it’s Friendship the Magician.  He has scarfs, and had a pair of matches that was turned into a rose.  Kevin has kids who can do this magic trick.  Jericho agrees, and you know what happens when you’re a magician, and you can’t make an elephant disappear.  Friendship the Magician….YOU JUST MADE THE LIST!!  Do another trick, and disappear.  Kevin wants to know where Chris found Friendship the Magician?  Craig’s List.  But this isn’t the tip of the iceberg, he should have given him the main event present last week, and make sure Goldberg didn’t even make it to Fastlane.  And he is doing that right now, as he calls Goldberg to the ring.  And when he does come to the ring, he will get IT.

Commercial break

We come back, with Jericho still in ring, striking the same pose he had, calling out Goldberg.  His music is playing, and it’s GILLBERG!!  Owens attacks Gillberg.  Chris man, listen, he thought the whole point was to call Goldberg out so they can beat the hell out of him together.  But he gets Gillberg?  He doesn’t understand that, explain that.  Chris thought the Gillberg thing was kind of funny.  But he did this for Kevin, to show him what Kevin means to Chris as a friend. Being friends with Kevin has been the most enjoyable year Chris has had.  He thanks him.  The biggest gift to Kevin is to have Kevin’s back at Fastlane, because he is his best friend, and he will always have his back.  Owens apologized, this isn’t what he expected, he did all of this for Kevin, and he loves him too.  And Kevin knows he has his back against Goldberg, and will still be the Universal Champion.  After what Chris did for him, Kevin has something for Chris, and it’s not much, but he has a new LIST for Jericho.  But is has Chris’ name on this, why?  Kevin Owens attacks Chris Jericho.  He nails Chris with the list, and rams him into the barricade.  Owens nails a Powerbomb into the apron.  Owens is soaking it all in.  He rams Chris into the photo, with glass breaking.  The only thing that is important is Kevin Owens being WWE Universal Champion, and he walks away.

Moments Ago:  Kevin Owens turning on Chris Jericho

Segment Number 15:  Chris Jericho

Jericho is being wheeled into a local emergency facility.  The friendship of Kevin and Chris is done.

Video:  Last Monday

Enzo and Cass interfered, and cost Cesaro and Sheamus their Tag Team Title match.

Match Number 7:  Enzo Vs Cesaro

Cesaro picks up the win with the Swiss Elbow, and cass shoves Sheamus.

Winner:  Cesaro, by pinfall

WWE Celebrates Black History Month:  Rosa Parks

Next:  Raw Women’s Title Match

Sasha Banks shows up, and she reminds Charlotte she had her number just as much as Charlotte.  But the champ reminds Sasha she can walk, and Sasha can’t.  So she is going to do what Sasha can’t do, win.

Next Week:  Braun Strowman Vs Big Show

Match Number 8:  Charlotte Flair (Raw Women;s Champ) Vs Bayley for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship

Dana Brooke comes out to screw Bayley out of her match, and Sasha Banks countered that with a crutch shot on Charlotte’s throat, and Bayley hits Bayley to Belly to win the Raw Women’s Title for the first time in her career.  This was a great match, even if it is a cheap ending.  Raw ends in a celebration, and hugs for everyone.

Winner, and NEW Raw Women’s Champion:  Bayley, by pinfall

Kevin’s Thoughts:

Raw started off a bit sluggish, but those final two hours was incredible.  Such an incredible performance by Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho.  We had a fantastic main event, a strong Reigns Vs Strowman segment.  An incredible Samoa Joe interview, and HHH in a limo.  Everything you can ask for.  What were your thoughts on the show?  Sound off.
